Inventory Items
- Ships from our U.S. warehouse within 2–5 business days
- Flat-rate domestic shipping: $6.99 USD, free with orders over $100
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping for inventory items
Bespoke Sets
- Free domestic shipping on all bespoke sets
- Processing time varies by artist; please refer to each product page
- We plan to open international orders for bespoke sets within the next few months—stay tuned!

All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Damaged Inventory Items
If you believe you received a damaged item, please contact us at support@purrpurrsnails.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to help.
🛠️ Warranty & Replacements (Bespoke Collection)
Canshu’s Nail Studio
- Up to 3 replacement nails per bespoke set within 3 months of delivery
- Free processing and shipping (domestic & international)
- Replacements may take up to 3 months to complete

Sherry’s Nail Studio
- No free warranty due to the complexity and uniqueness of materials
- Within 3 months of delivery, we may accommodate paid replacement requests (up to 3 nails), subject to artist approval and material availability
- If approved, labor and material fees apply, but shipping is included
