Warranty & Replacement Eligibility

Inventory Items

Inventory products are not covered by warranty. If you believe you received a damaged item, please contact us at support@purrpurrs.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Bespoke Items

Warranty policies vary by artist and are clearly stated on each bespoke product page.

Some sets may include coverage for a limited number of replacement nails within a specific timeframe

Others may not be eligible for any warranty or replacement

Charms & Gemstone Disclaimer

Many of our designs feature delicate charms and embellishments that are glued onto a smooth nail surface. If the nail tip bends or deforms—especially during application—these charms may loosen or detach.

Charms may also catch on hair, fabric, or accessories, which can lead to accidental damage or detachment. We recommend putting on clothing before applying your nails, and handling garments and accessories with care while wearing them.

Please be advised that some charms may have sharp edges and could accidentally scratch your skin or others. Always wear your nails mindfully and avoid rough contact.
If a charm detaches, you may reattach it using nail glue or another suitable adhesive.

Nail Longevity & Wear

Press-on nails are a temporary beauty product and will naturally show signs of wear over time. Longevity depends on factors such as application, lifestyle, and material type.
 • Charms and stones may loosen
 • Colors on alloy components may fade more quickly than brass
 • Typical wear time ranges from 2 weeks to 6 months

Product Variation Notice

All bespoke sets are handmade, and natural variations in shape, color, or detailing may occur. This also applies to replacement pieces, which may be made by different technicians or with slightly different materials. These differences are not considered defects.
