1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of press-on nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges on inventory items. For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to resell returned or exchanged items. All sales are final.

2. Charms and Gems Care

Please be aware that the charms and gems on our press-on nails may catch on hair or garments. We encourage our customers to wear them with care to avoid accidental damage. Always handle your nails gently to prevent any wear or snagging.

3. Charm and Gem Detachment

While our press-on nails are crafted with attention to detail, charms and gems may occasionally come loose. If this happens, you can easily reattach them using a suitable nail glue or adhesive. We recommend keeping a small tube of nail glue on hand for minor repairs.

4. Longevity of Press-On Nails

Please note that press-on nails are not a permanent solution and may break or show signs of wear over time. The charms and gems may come off, and the colors on alloy components may fade. The general lifespan of the color on your press-on nails can range from 2 weeks to 6 months, depending on various factors such as wear and tear. Brass charms tend to last significantly longer than alloy charms.
