Stillwater captures that hush: a half-translucent base in muted green, blue, and grey, fading like a breath into light. White and violet blossoms drift across the surface, not arranged but scattered, as if placed by chance. Faint leaves anchor the silence. Shippings & Returns

Each bespoke set is handcrafted to your specifications. Please ensure all details—especially sizing and nail tip shape—are accurate before placing your order. We may request reference photos to ensure the best fit and design match. Orders cannot be canceled once placed, and due to the custom nature of these items, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us support@purrpurrs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Cangshu

Cangshu is a multidisciplinary artist with a formal background in fine arts and a sharp instinct for color, composition, and form. As the owner of a tattoo and piercing studio, she brings the precision of body art into every creative pursuit. Her work across mediums shares one common thread: a reverence for detail. In nail artistry, she’s known for her intuitive use of color and her extraordinary 3D floral sculptures—pieces that appear delicate but are built with intention and skill. Her designs speak softly but leave a lasting impression, crafted not just to be worn, but to be felt. Every set is a fusion of structure and sentiment, where craftsmanship becomes poetry on the hands.

Warranty Policy

Canshu’s Nail Studio offers warranty coverage for up to 3 replacement nails per bespoke set within 3 months of delivery. Whether your nail tips are lost or damaged, you can request replacements by emailing support@purrpurrs.com.

What’s Covered:

  • Up to 3 replacement nails per bespoke set
  • Valid within 3 months of delivery
  • Free processing and free shipping (domestic & international)
  • Processing time may take up to 3 months depending on studio workload

Outside of Coverage:

Requests beyond the 3-month period or exceeding the 3-piece limit are not eligible for free replacement. However, we may be able to remake the nail(s) upon request. If accepted, fees will apply to cover:

  • Labor
  • Materials
  • Shipping (domestic & international)

Please note: Due to the handmade nature of each set, replacements may have minor variations in shape, color, or decorative elements.
